I literally can’t get in contact with them regarding a change in bank details, got turned away in person from Rosebery, called and left a voicemail got no call back, emailed and even texted the property manager. Now I’m leaving a review in the hopes I get a response because I’m not getting my rent payments. For other agencies, all I had to do was press a button on a website and I instantly got called, why can’t you do the same?

It was definitely the best decision I've made this year to have Chris and Krissie sell our investment property at Rosebery. Before the property goes alive on the market, all the necessary repair and maintenance were taken care of by Krissie- we didn't travel to Rosebery even once for those matter.
